About Role
As a Graduate Trainee Engineer at Temile, you will embark on a structured development program designed to build your technical expertise and leadership potential within the energy, marine, and logistics sectors. You will rotate across key departments; including offshore marine logistics, gas carrier operations, dredging & engineering, and supply chain management; gaining hands-on exposure to complex projects that power Africa’s future in energy logistics.
You will work alongside experienced engineers and industry professionals, contributing to real-world assignments while receiving mentorship, training, and performance feedback. This role is tailored for recent graduates who are eager to apply their academic knowledge, learn continuously, and grow into future leaders within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning, execution, and reporting across multiple operational areas.
- Support senior engineers and supervisors in vessel operations, dredging projects, and supply base activities.
- Participate in safety, quality, and compliance programs to ensure industry standards are met.
- Conduct research and provide technical input to improve efficiency and innovation in operations.
Requirements
- A recent graduate (B.Sc./B.Eng.) in Engineering, Marine Sciences, Logistics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to work in challenging environments, both onshore and offshore.
- A passion for energy, maritime, and infrastructure development in Africa.
